Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through this site or by phone/email are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Torque Point. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes or delivery charges unless stated.

Orders & Delivery

Same-day delivery applies to in-stock items ordered before the applicable cutoff time; special-order or out-of-stock items ship once received. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Torque Point supplies products for use by qualified tradespeople and contractors. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a product’s grade and specification are correct for its intended application. Torque Point is not liable for damages arising from misuse, incorrect specification by the buyer, or installation error.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
