We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, labour disputes, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Shipping terms are based on standard delivery unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements such as residential delivery, liftgate service, expedited shipping, or special handling.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or at the point of shipment, depending on the applicable shipping arrangement.

All warranties provided on products are those supplied by the manufacturer. Torque Point Industrial Supply makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment terms are determined at our discretion and must be met as specified on invoices or order confirmations. We may require full or partial payment in advance for certain orders. Late payments may be subject to interest charges where permitted by law.

Returns are subject to approval and must comply with our return policy. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise stated. Special order, custom, or non-stock items may be non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service, accounts, or orders at any time where necessary to protect our business operations, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse.
